Masonry and scaffold packages were secured on this scheme by Phoenix for repeat client Willmott Dixon. The scheme which provides a chiropractor, dentist, pharmacy, café and on-site parking will cater for approximately 22500 patients over its 3 storeys. The project received 100% satisfaction rate from Milton Keynes Council for keeping to both programme and budget. The facing brickwork was a challenge for the teams on site due to the physical properties of the brick varying greatly from brick to brick, exaggerated by a building consisting predominately of piers, but conscientious sorting and selection of the bricks lead to a truly impressive looking building as the photos show. Well done to the whole team on site.
