Housing 21 teamed up once again with Tolent Construction to deliver a new extra care development in Filey, which will see the creation of 70 new homes for the region. The scheme will provide much-needed high-quality affordable homes for older people in the area. It will also offer care and support services based on each resident’s needs. There will be a café/bistro, hair salon and social activities which will all be available to the wider community.
