Phoenix were appointed for the masonry and SFS elements of Kier’s construction of a new three storey classroom block, single storey extension to the existing sports block and refurbishment of the existing school buildings for client the ESFA. The benefits of combining the SFS and facing brickwork trades under the umbrella of one company meant Phoenix took away the day-to-day co-ordination from Kier, leaving them to focus on the bigger picture, saving both management time and costs.
