Phoenix are delighted to secure with our repeat client TORSION GROUP the Drylining package on the 472-bed student accommodation scheme in Leicester. The 57 Rutland Street refurbishment project marks a landmark for Phoenix, being the largest Drylining contract secured to date (£4m), also a significant development for the Leicester City Centre. We have also recently won the load-bearing SFS package, adding a 7th floor of accommodation space.

Works commenced on this 52-week scheme in early July and our team are doing an exceptional job in driving quality workmanship whilst maintaining high standards with site cleanliness and safety.

Once again our fantastic Supply-Chain goes above and beyond in supporting Phoenix & our Clients.
