SWEET STREET LEEDS

Sweet Street is a major residential development in the Holbeck area of Leeds, delivering 451 apartments across three concrete-framed blocks ranging from 11 to 15 storeys.

Phoenix Brickwork (UK) Ltd was appointed to supply and install the masonry package across the development. Our scope includes facing brickwork, glazed ceramic tiling, insulation, channel reinforcement, firestopping and lintels.

As part of the works, Phoenix supplied and installed the ground-floor blockwork to all three blocks, comprising a combination of 100mm and 140mm blockwork. Our package also included the installation of windposts, insulation and lintels, supporting the construction of the residential buildings.

The project demonstrates Phoenix’s experience in delivering specialist masonry packages on large-scale, multi-storey residential developments, with our teams working across multiple elements of the build to support the programme and overall construction of the scheme.
