Phoenix's success continues with the award of 3 new schemes in the past 2 weeks.
Sheerwater Leisure Centre in Woking for Pellikaan sees a brand new leisure facility being built as part of the Sheerwater regeneration scheme. Phoenix have been engaged on a supply and fix basis including scaffold for the internal blockwork, with a value of approx £200k and a 8 week duration on site. We are excited to be working on this first project with Pellikaan and hope it is the start of a great working relationship.
University of Leicester Freemans Common for Engie, sees Phoenix appointed masonry contractor on this £600k supply and fix scheme to deliver the new Teaching and Learning Centre along with substations and retaining walls. The main build programme is for a 20 week duration commencing June 2020
New Kitts Green SEN purpose built academy for children with special needs is a £16 million scheme for Balfour Beatty on which Phoenix have secured the supply and fix masonry package worth approx £450k.
