Phoenix are delighted to secure with our repeat client Torsion Group the Drylining package on the 472 bed student accommodation scheme in Leicester. The 57 Rutland Street refurbishment project marks a landmark for Phoenix, being the largest Drylining contract secured to date (£4m), also a significant development for the Leicester City Centre.
Works will commence on this 52 week scheme started in early July, we are proud to once again partner with our incredible Supply-Chain to deliver another key city centre scheme.
