This week we have Site Supervisor, Adam Rowe to tell us a bit about himself. Read on to learn more ...
I have been at Phoenix for closing up to 5 years now. I enjoy meeting new people and expanding my knowledge through experiencing different build types and overcoming daily issues and hurdles, the constant banter on site is also a bonus.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
When I was younger I wanted to be a pilot and then I realised I was scared of heights, so I have to put on a brave face on when up on the scaffold on site!
Describe one of your favourite work memories?
It’s a funny way of looking at it but my favourite work memory I would say was being told “Adam you will never be a site manager”. That memory gave me the motivation to be where I am today.
There are a lot of places I would like to go to, but at this moment in time I would like to be able to help out the people in Ukraine.
The last time I posted something deep I had a phone call in polite words calling me “soppy".
So Neil Finch this one is for you… Phoenix has helped me through mental health, emotional support, knowledge, and qualification progression, I owe a huge thankyou to the whole team, from office staff to site.
