We are delighted to announce another project win for Phoenix with client Integrated Health Projects (IHP), an alliance between Sir Robert McApline and VINCI Building UK! The two new 54-bed mental health hospital units are being built at the Kingsway Hospital in Derby and in the grounds of Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
Our team are excited to start on site and will be providing the Brickwork packages for both sites. As well as our BMH Scaffolding team, who will be providing all scaffolding requirements at Derby Hospital. These packages combined are valued at £5 million for Phoenix and they are great projects to be a part of!
This fantastic project is set to complete in 2024 for the acute facilities and 2025 for the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit.
