We are excited to be working once again with Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd to deliver another high-value project in Lincoln.
Phoenix are providing the masonry package for the Riseholme Road, Lincoln accommodation project of 294 beds for the students of Bishop Grosseteste University.
Our team will be on-site for 30 weeks to help deliver 6 blocks which will include many different impressive brickwork details. The scheme will continue into 2024 as our team have just started on-site. Phoenix are excited to share future updates of this circa £1.75 million package and look forward to seeing it take shape!
