Phoenix returns with our Phoenix Awards! These awards show our gratitude towards the outstanding achievements and contributions of #TeamPhoenix!
Brickwork-
Lefko Grazhdani has been awarded the award due to his great work ethic, reliability, can do attitude and above all his first class quality brickwork. Lefko has also gone above and beyond to get himself through the SSSTS course. Phoenix contracts manager Jamie Howard would like to add that Lefko is a credit to the company.
Lefko has said he really enjoys working for Phoenix and is made to feel he is a really important part of the team.
Drywall-
Since joining #TeamPhoenix in August, Terry has shown great dedication within his job role. Rutland Street is the first project Terry has worked on for us and he has always shown a great willingness to get involved. He is a great asset to the Drywall team. Well Done Terry!
Scaffolding -
This month’s recipient of the certificate of appreciation for scaffolding has been awarded to Owen Roche. Since joining BMH Scaffolding, Owen has shown the qualities and attributes to allow us to place him in a supervisory role. During his time on our Wates Coundon Court project, Owen has proved he can manage and deliver a highly challenging program both safely and on schedule. Well done Owen, we are pleased to have you on the team!
Office-
Andris has been awarded this months Phoenix award for his continued dedication to his role. Andris goes above and beyond to help all departments and divisions with any issues they may have. Well Done Andris!
