A huge congratulations to our September Phoenix Award winners, recognising their hard work, dedication and fantastic contributions across the business!

Cristian – Cristian is an absolute pleasure to work alongside. His attitude to work is exemplary, and nothing is ever too much trouble. His willingness to put himself forward and help wherever needed makes him a real credit to the Sweet Street team.

Rob – Rob has done a fantastic job managing his most recent project in Northampton for Tilbury Douglas, delivering a brand-new school. His work ethic has been second to none, and he has been a real asset to the team. His hard work and attitude deserve recognition.

Jamie Maddison – Jamie, Project Manager at our HMP Welland Oaks (Gartree Prison) project, has shown great leadership throughout this demanding project. His professionalism, commitment to Health & Safety and ability to lead his team through complex, design-driven scaffolding works make him a deserving winner.

Jason Cordova – Jason received the Phoenix Office Award in recognition of his hard work, dedication and positive contribution to the team. His commitment to supporting colleagues and helping the office run smoothly makes him a valued member of Team Phoenix.
