Site Manager Jason Boyes received the quality award for November on behalf of Phoenix Brickwork at McLaren's Castle Quay site in Banbury.
Well done to the whole team on site for their excellent quality of workmanship that has won this award, especially given the extremely wet conditions faced on site during that month after heavy rains caused the nearby river to burst its banks!
