Phoenix are pleased to end the year by securing orders on a hat trick of schemes for Willmott Dixon in the midlands area.
Kettering Science Academy Expansion - masonry and scaffold package value approx £600k to create space for 300 additional pupils at the Northamptonshire academy. The build will provide 16 new classrooms, dining and common areas, a library and ICT facilities over 3 storeys. Phoenix start on site January 2020 for 16 weeks
Newlands SEN School, Barwell - Masonry package value approx £150k to construct a new 80 place Autistic Spectrum Disorder communication and interaction school on the site of the former Newlands Community Primary School. Phoenix start on site in January 2020 for 10 weeks
Mulberry Place, Daventry - Masonry package value approx £250k to build a new leisure and restaurant quarter including a new 4 screen cinema due to open in Spring 2021. Phoenix start on site in May 2020 for 11 weeks
