Phoenix Brickwork have been awarded the masonry contract at St Marks Student Accommodation in Lincoln once again working with main contractor Bowmer and Kirkland. The £5m masonry package will see Phoenix Brickwork construct 1,300new apartments over the course of 2020 starting in January.
