We are delighted to announce the commencement of our latest project with valued client Wates Construction in Leeds. The £2.2million package consists of 55 new council houses, across brownfield sites around the Amberton area of Gipton. This will be the second residential project we have secured with Wates after successfully completing Throstle Rec in Middleton Leeds.

Phoenix Brickwork are providing supply and fit for the complete masonry package.
